The MissionYou will be the face and voice of HCMiq, responsible for identifying elite talent and forward-thinking employers who are ready to ditch the traditional application process. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level sales outreach and modern digital marketing.
What You’ll Do- The Hunt: Proactively identify and engage "Top 10%" candidates and C-Suite executives using advanced LinkedIn strategies, proprietary HCMiq methods, and creative outreach.
- The Pitch: Confidently articulate the value of our $20k Career Architecture packages to high-earning professionals.
- The Brand: Assist in executing marketing campaigns that position HCMiq as the premier authority in Human Capital Intelligence.
- The Pivot: Use AI-driven tools and market data to help candidates speed up their career pivots (our average is 22 days—we want you to help us beat it).
- Relationship Management: Manage the sales pipeline from first "hello" to "enrolled," ensuring a luxury-level experience for every lead.
- Experienced but Hungry: You have 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, recruitment, or marketing. You know the industry lingo, but you’re ready to break the rules.
- High Energy: You bring a "win the day" attitude. You don’t wait for leads to come to you; you go find them.
