Role Summary
We are looking for a Workday HCM Solution Sales Lead to drive HCM solution‑led GTM motions, shaping and positioning Workday‑based transformations for enterprise customers. The role partners closely with Sales, Alliances, and Delivery to own solution strategy, value articulation, and executive storytelling across the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HCM Solution GTM for qualified opportunities, with primary focus on Workday HCM
- Lead solution shaping, deal qualification, scope definition, and win strategy
- Lead RFP/RFI responses with differentiated HCM solution narratives
- Translate customer HR and people challenges into value‑driven Workday HCM solutions
- Deliver Workday demos, solution walkthroughs, and CXO‑level presentations
- Build compelling value propositions, ROI narratives, and outcome‑based proposal
- Collaborate with Workday alliance teams and stay aligned to product roadmaps
- Contribute to presales assets, GTM plays, and reusable solution IP
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Strong experience with Workday HCM (solution sales, presales, or consulting)
- Hands‑on exposure to HCM GTM motions, enterprise pursuits, and CXO engagements
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Experience in enterprise SaaS / cloud transformation programs
Good to Have
- Exposure to UKG and/or Dayforce
- Familiarity with Workday integrations, reporting, and security
- Workday certifications (HCM preferred)
Ideal Candidate
- Background in SI, consulting, or IT services
- Strong blend of business consulting SaaS solution sales
- Comfortable working across complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $116,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: 263,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year

Salary : $116,000 - $263,000
