About the Position:
">HCLTech is seeking an experienced software professional to lead the development of safety-critical software systems meeting DO-178B standards.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Design, develop, and test safety-critical software systems meeting DO-178B standards for requirements-based verification and robustness testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into embedded and real-time systems
- Develop and maintain source code configuration management systems using ClearCase/ClearQuest, Jira, or BitBucket/Git
- Ensure compliance and quality through expertise in C99 dialect of C, Python, SQL, Matlab, bash/ksh/Perl scripting
Requirements:
">- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, specifically within a Unix/Linux environment
- Prior experience with Embedded and/or Real-Time Safety Critical software development
- Strong knowledge of software testing (Unit Test, Integration Test, System Test, etc.) and source code debugging
- Familiarity with requirements management systems like DOORS
- U.S. citizenship required
