BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields.
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
10 years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows the thinking, the tradeoffs, and the impact not just the final screens.
A deep love for visual craft. You sweat typography, spacing, and polish because you know that's what separates good from memorable.
Fluent across the full design spectrum from broad user journey to micro-interaction, from UX strategy to pixel-level execution.
You thrive making complex enterprise products feel simple turning sophisticated B2B problems into experiences users enjoy.
Experience with large enterprise SaaS products with complex data, workflow, or platform problems; you're comfortable in deep, ambiguous problem spaces.
Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and platform features; you understand how to make AI feel useful and trustworthy, not overwhelming.
Someone who communicates like a pro. You give updates before you're asked, flag risks early, and keep dependent teams unblocked.
