Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end test station development from NPI to mass production
• Act as DRI (Direct Responsible Individual) for system validation and issue closure
• Define test strategy, validation plans, and system requirements
• Design and deploy test stations, fixtures (e.g., bed-of-nails), and automated validation systems
• Drive system-level debugging across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW, SW, Mechanical, Factory, CM partners) to resolve integration issues
• Enable production readiness by aligning stakeholders and closing system gaps
• Develop data-driven validation methodologies, including yield improvement and failure analysis
• Support global manufacturing deployments and factory validation activities
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
• Experience with NPI, mass production, or factory validation
• Strong debugging skills across HW FW system interactions
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (USB, PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART)
• Experience in data analytics / yield improvement (CPK, GRR, statistical methods)
• Programming exposure in Python, C, or MATLAB for automation or data analysis
• Proven ability to present to stakeholders and negotiate technical requirements
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $95000/Year
Pay Range Maximum: $192000/Year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
