What We Are Looking For
Insurance Portfolio & Business Leadership
- Proven ownership of large Insurance technology portfolios with revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and delivery accountability.
- Experience leading multi-account or large multi-program portfolios across Insurance accounts.
- Ability to connect technology delivery to insurance business outcomes, operating efficiency, regulatory needs, customer experience, and transformation priorities.
Global Delivery & Scale Management
- Experience managing large global teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
- Ability to design scalable operating models, leadership layers, governance structures, delivery rhythms, and escalation mechanisms for large portfolios.
- Proven ability to handle growth, attrition, fulfillment pressure, delivery risk, transformation mandates, and customer escalations at scale.

- Strong experience leading both application RUN and transformation / CHANGE portfolios.
- Hands-on exposure to AMS, managed services, production operations, service management, modernization, cloud, data, and digital engineering programs.
- Experience in transition, transformation, steady-state execution, service improvement, productivity realization, and customer-visible value delivery.
AI & Engineering Excellence Leadership
- Demonstrated experience driving AI-enabled software engineering, AI-assisted operations, test automation, knowledge engineering, code generation, reverse engineering, productivity improvement, and intelligent service delivery.
- Ability to define how AI improves delivery productivity, engineering outcomes, operational efficiency, quality, cost, speed, and customer value.
- Experience establishing engineering practices such as DevSecOps, SRE, quality engineering, automation, CI/CD controls, DORA-style metrics, release discipline, and defect prevention.
- Strong ability to move beyond AI usage narratives and demonstrate measurable benefit realization.
Commercial, RFP and Deal Leadership
- Familiarity with commercial models including T&M, Managed Services, Fixed Price, Outcome-Based Services, productivity-linked constructs, and gainshare models.
- Experience owning or contributing to large RFPs, solution development, deal shaping, pricing reviews, transition planning, oral presentations, and proposal defense.
- Ability to partner with sales, solutioning, domain, engineering, and commercial teams to convert opportunities into executable delivery models.
Growth, Demand Creation and Capability Build
- Ability to identify white-space opportunities, shape modernization themes, create AI-led transformation conversations, and influence customer technology roadmaps.
- Proven experience in account mining, vendor consolidation opportunities, managed services expansion, and customer executive engagement.
- Ability to build future-ready capability through hiring strategy, upskilling, pyramid planning, leadership succession, and insurance-domain capability development.
Required Experience
- 18 years of experience in Insurance technology delivery, managed services, transformation, or large-scale portfolio leadership.
- Proven experience managing large Insurance portfolios; $30M portfolio ownership preferred.
- Experience managing large global organizations
- Direct P&L ownership, revenue accountability, margin management, customer relationship ownership, and delivery governance experience.
- Strong experience across RUN and CHANGE services, including managed services execution and transformation delivery.

- Operating model design capability across large global delivery organizations.
- Engineering-first and AI-first transformation orientation.
