- Program Manager - 12 years of IT services experience & 5 years managing large-scale programs or portfolios. Knowledge in Application Development & Maintenance & Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS).
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and governing large-scale programs and strategic initiatives for Pearson. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, risk management, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement across multiple projects and portfolios.
The individual will act as the primary interface between Pearson business stakeholders and HCL delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of program objectives while maintaining quality, timelines, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- 12 years of IT services experience.
- 5 years managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
- Experience managing global clients in Education, Publishing, Digital Learning, or Technology domains preferred.
- Experience managing managed services and transformation programs.
Good understanding of:
- Application Development & Maintenance
- Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS)
- Cybersecurity Programs
- Data & Analytics
- Agile and DevOps methodologies
Pay Range Minimum: 100000
Pay Range Maximum: 140000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
