Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Power Platform Project Lead to lead the design, governance, and delivery of business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires a blend of business analysis, solution leadership, governance oversight, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform initiatives
- Conduct business analysis and stakeholder workshops
- Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Establish and enforce governance standards (DLP, environments, security)
- Partner with IT, compliance, and business teams
- Track adoption and business value
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Power Platform or related experience
- Strong BA and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio experience
- Experience with governance frameworks
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA/compliance
- Power BI experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric

Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
