Role/Responsibilities

Lead Logistics Systems & Warehouse Engineer responsible for designing and optimizing warehouse operations and material flow in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on warehouse layout, SAP EWM inventory management, production logistics, and efficient material movement.

Key responsibilities include improving warehouse systems, managing inventory accuracy, implementing lean practices, optimizing material handling, and ensuring smooth production support with minimal disruptions. The role also drives continuous improvement, process standardization, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Requires strong experience in warehouse engineering, SAP EWM/WM, inventory control, material flow optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $35.00 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $45.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
