Role Summary:
L3 SME responsible for enterprise Client Lifecycle Management and Microsoft Endpoint Management platforms, handling escalations, solution design inputs, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
L3 escalation support for Intune (MEM), SCCM/MECM (SMS), and EMS-related issues
End-to-end client/device lifecycle management: provisioning, patching, updates, and retirement
Design and manage Intune policies, compliance, security baselines, and app deployments
SCCM application/OS deployment, patching (WSUS), task sequences, and client health
Automation via PowerShell; root-cause analysis and documentation
Collaborate with Security, Network, and Service Desk teams; mentor L1/L2
Mandatory Technical Skills:
10 years IT experience with L3 hands-on expertise in Intune & SCCM/MECM
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Co-management
Patch management, OSD, app deployment, compliance & configuration profiles
PowerShell scripting and advanced troubleshooting
Understanding of EMS (Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access)
Good-to-Have / Certifications:
Microsoft certifications (MD-100/101, Endpoint Administrator)
ITIL Foundation; Azure/M365 exposure; other MDM tools
Communication & Stakeholder Skills:
Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong documentation, incident ownership, and customer focus
Ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year (some positions are eligible for unlimited PTO); and 10 paid holidays per year.

Salary : $74,000 - $130,000
