Job Title: Senior Cloud Solution Architect – Microsoft Azure (Enterprise & Multi‑Cloud)
Job Type: Dallas, TX (open for one of the architect to be in East Coast – NJ or in Redmond, Seattle).

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to drive enterprise‑scale cloud transformation initiatives. This is a strategic, customer‑facing role requiring strong architecture, consulting, and stakeholder management experience.
Experience: 10–12 years in cloud architecture, consulting, or IT services environments
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer IT estates, LOB applications, business priorities, and success metrics to design scalable, secure, cloud‑native architectures
- Collaborate with network, security, identity, backup, tools, and application architects to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions
- Define long‑term cloud strategies and guide operations teams through implementation and adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT stakeholders and build long‑term technical relationships
- Lead architecture/design workshops and own HLD documentation
- Support Sales and Pre‑Sales teams with RFP responses and solution positioning
- Promote Azure innovations that drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Stay current with cloud trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Expertise
- Subject‑matter expertise in Azure Governance & Cost Management, Networking & Security, Azure AD, Compute, Storage, Backup & DR, Monitoring
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery (ASR)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, BICEP, Ansible) and automation
- Experience with PaaS services and Containers
- Exposure to AWS and/or GCP for hybrid and multi‑cloud strategies
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) and security standards (ISO 27001)
- Proven experience in cost optimization and cloud financial management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
