Support underwriting transformation initiatives and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze underwriting processes including risk evaluation, pricing, and policy renewals
Identify underwriting process improvement opportunities
Document business requirements and process workflows
Collaborate with underwriting teams and IT teams
Support underwriting platform implementation or enhancement
Required Skills
8–10 years P&C underwriting domain experience
Knowledge of risk assessment and policy lifecycle
Experience with insurance underwriting platforms
Requirements documentation and process analysis skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
