Job Title/Role: Business Analyst (Pharma & Learning Management Systems LMS)

Location: Rahway NJ

Hybrid: Onsite 2 to 3 days a week required

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Business Analyst with Pharma experience. Business Analyst will have experience with Pharma, LMS (Learning Management Systems) & Run moderated learnings, manage content, dashboards, and metrics, and continuously improve the learner experience. Business Analyst will drive global adoption of Digital and AI capabilities through modern, scalable learning formats.

Must Have Experience:

• Business Analyst from a Pharma background who has Learning Management Systems experience
• Experience as Business Analyst in driving global adoption of Digital and AI capabilities through modern, scalable learning formats
• Experience in requirement gathering
• Excellent communication to work with Stakeholders & IT Teams
• Digital & AI experience would be a nice to have experience
• Workday experience would be a plus nice to have

Job Description:

• This role delivers end to end, high impact experiential learning in a fast paced, highly visible environment, partnering closely with IT, Global L&D, and subject matter experts.
• Business Analyst will run moderated learnings, manage content, dashboards, and metrics, and continuously improve the learner experience. The Digital You and Experiential Learning team drives global adoption of digital and AI capabilities through modern, scalable learning formats.
• Coordinate with the Digital You Business Engagement Lead on agendas, speakers, schedules, and communications for social and experiential learning sessions.
• Plan and deliver end to end learning experiences, including event logistics, promotions, live session moderation, speaker dry runs, post event replays, and survey insights.
• Manage moderated learning and learning operations (registrations, communications, capacity, engagement, content, and platforms), drive continuous process improvements, and provide dashboards, analytics, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership through close partnership with IT, Global L&D, SMEs, and vendors.

Pay Range Minimum: 108,000k

Pay Range Maximum: 177,000k

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
