Job Title: Business Analyst Banking

Location: Carey NC (3 days on site a week a must) (Must be local to Carey NC)

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Business Analyst within Banking Domain & Capital Markets. Business Analyst with domain knowledge of the trading lifecycle and financial products (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income and Listed Derivatives, etc). Business Analyst within Banking to join HCL Tech in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Must Have Experience:

• Business Analyst from Banking / Capital Markets
• Banking Domain experience
• Trade Lifecycle experience
• Investment Banking background
• Fixed Income experience
• Strong Analytical skills
• Experience with SQL

Job Description:

• Business Analyst with domain knowledge of the trading lifecycle and financial products (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income and Listed Derivatives, etc) .
• Data Analyst with excellent SQL skills required
• Strong knowledge of data quality controls, including validity, completeness, and accuracy, with the ability to perform reconciliations across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and specifications and creating reports.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience performing functional testing.
• Trade surveillance experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range Minimum: $ 73hr

Pay Range Maximum: $ 84hr

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
