Job Title: AI Transformation Leader
Travel: Extensive, client-facing travel required
About the Role
We are seeking a senior AI Transformation Leader to shape and lead the AI transformation agenda across our North America portfolio.
This is a highly visible leadership role focused on two priorities: transforming how we deliver services through AI and helping clients reimagine business value streams using AI. The successful candidate will combine consulting leadership, executive client engagement, AI technology depth, and large-scale transformation experience to move AI from experimentation to measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in technology services or consulting, including significant AI transformation leadership experience within a Big 4 consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI agendas with CIO and CIO-1 sponsors, from strategy and funding through execution.
- Strong understanding of industry value streams and how AI can transform business processes and operating models.
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading AI platform such as OpenAI, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, plus experience with a major cloud/hyperscale technology ecosystem.
- Strong working knowledge of agentic AI architectures, LLM platforms, RAG, AI evaluation, and guardrails.
- Proven leadership of AI transformation across both internal productivity initiatives with measurable savings and external client transformation programs.
- Ability to lead change across large, complex organizations through influence rather than direct reporting structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or industrial-sector experience, including PLM, MES, supply chain, or product engineering.
- SAP experience, including S/4HANA transformations or SAP-centric business processes.
- Experience developing outcome-based, gainshare, or productivity-committed commercial models.
- Experience with enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Visibility within analyst communities or industry forums.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud technologies, or SAP.
