Role/Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced AI Support Engineers to provide operational support for enterprise AI platforms and services. This onsite role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of AI/ML workloads and tooling, working closely with the architecture, middleware, and development teams to triage and resolve AI-related issues.

Required Experience

8–10 years in platform or application support, with hands-on experience in AI/ML environments including:

Support and operations for AI/ML platforms (e.g., Google Vertex AI or similar)

Familiarity with LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI API integrations

Python scripting for diagnostics, log parsing, and issue reproduction

Monitoring and observability for AI workloads (latency, token usage, model drift, error rates)

Kubernetes or cloud-native environments where AI services are hosted

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise AI platforms, services, and integrations

Triage and resolve incidents related to AI APIs, model serving, pipeline failures, and data flow issues

Monitor AI workload health including response quality, latency, availability, and cost anomalies

Coordinate with middleware and platform teams on issues spanning the integration and AI layers

Assist in deployment and configuration support for AI services and agent frameworks

Reproduce and document issues, escalating to engineering teams with detailed root cause analysis

Maintain runbooks, FAQs, and support documentation specific to AI platform operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting LLM integrations or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) used in RAG architectures

Exposure to AI governance, prompt management, or model versioning tools

ITSM experience with tools such as ServiceNow or Jira for incident tracking

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $79,000/Annum

Pay Range Maximum: $121,000/Annum

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
