The Global Engagement Manager (GEM) is a high-impact strategic role offered through a structured

Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Support & Commercial Governance
Support and orchestrate end-to-end deal cycles.
Lead coordination for SOWs, MSAs, pricing approvals, and contractual workflows.
Drive proposal development and pursuit management.
2. Leadership Reviews: Forecasting & Sales Closure
Prepare leadership reviews focused on forecasting, pipeline health, and deal closure.
Present data-backed insights highlighting risks and opportunities.
Build forecasting dashboards and performance trackers.
3. Marketing & Strategic Support
Develop strategic messaging and client-facing content.
Build presentations and narratives for leadership briefings and key pursuits.
4. Sales Operations, Pipeline & Revenue Governance
Manage sales rhythms, pipeline hygiene, and governance matrices.
Track account-level renewals, expansions, revenue progress, and deal velocity.
Deliver actionable insights based on sales and business trends.
5. Business Planning & Strategic Initiatives
Support annual business planning cycles and strategic prioritization.
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business visibility.
Role Requirements
MBA from a top Canadian university.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience in consulting, strategy, sales operations, or program management.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in US shift hours.
