Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead (Semiconductor)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead with deep expertise in Semiconductor Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to lead enterprise PLM transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior functional leader who understands semiconductor product development processes and has successfully led Teamcenter-driven business transformations across global organizations.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product engineering teams, architects, and implementation partners to define and deliver scalable PLM solutions that improve product development, NPI, engineering change, and BOM management processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process consulting and Teamcenter solution definition activities.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process assessments, and fit-gap workshops.
- Drive PLM transformation programs within semiconductor environments.
- Define and optimize Engineering Change Management (ECM), BOM, NPI/NPD, and Product Development processes.
- Partner with business leaders and technical teams to align Teamcenter capabilities with business objectives.
- Provide leadership during design, testing, deployment, and user adoption phases.
- Support integration strategy involving CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in PLM consulting and functional leadership.
- Extensive experience with Siemens Teamcenter implementations and transformations.
- Strong understanding of Semiconductor industry product development processes.
- Proven experience leading global PLM transformation programs.
- Expertise in:
- Engineering Change Management
- BOM Management
- NPI/NPD Processes
- Requirements & Fit-Gap Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Solution Workshops
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

- Experience working within:
- Fabless Semiconductor Companies
- Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDM)
- Foundries
- OSAT Organizations
- Exposure to CAD, ERP, and MES integrations.
- Experience supporting global engineering organizations.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 95000/year
Pay Range Maximum: $192000/year

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
