Requirement/Must Have:
- Must have McAfee Anti-Virus Software, Adobe Acrobat, and other commercial business software products.
- Basic experience with the setup and support for IT presentations utilizing equipment and software.
- Basic knowledge on setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
- Basic knowledge of supporting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office suite, Internet Web Browsers, Anti-Virus Software, and various software.
- Basic knowledge with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of mobile devices.
- Basic experience with IT inventory control and reporting.
- Basic experience with IT staff training via in person or electronic media.
- Basic experience with analog and digital phone configuration and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge and experience with computer application installation, administration, and training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments, including network protocols and concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Expert working knowledge and experience with Email application installation, administration, troubleshooting and training including Google Suite, PST files, calendars, and distribution lists.
- Proficient knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Operating System, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome.
- Good understanding of Network and IT security.
- A valid driver s license and reliable personal transportation for occasional travel to satellite offices.
- Ability to pass a state background check and maintain a clean criminal history.
Responsibilities:
- Support a medical facility hosting approximately 200 IT devices including desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and mobile phones.
- Assist IT Management with integration, management, and support of the Information Technology program.
- Independently provide IT administration and technical support for agency specific software and hardware systems.
- Resolve network and infrastructure issues.
- Set up, configure, manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Resolve issues related to desktop and laptop PC hardware, desktop software, general application troubleshooting, mobile devices, and various telephone systems.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and report security incidents promptly.
- Track end-user support activities through the ticketing system.
- Monitor network and computer systems performance.
- Document any changes to systems, update training and system documentation, and create new procedures for solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
