Technical Specialist

Introduction

We are HCLTech, a rapidly growing tech company with a global presence. We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining python applications, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, designing microservices architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate different technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain python applications to meet client requirements.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services.
• Design and develop microservices architecture to enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in python, cloud, and microservices applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in python, cloud, and microservices to recommend improvements.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficient in Python programming language for application development.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• SQL
• GIT

Other Requirements

• Relevant certifications in Python, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Microservices technologies are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate''s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for various benefits subject to company policies.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
