What We’re Looking For:


We’re looking for a designer who loses sleep over kerning, obsesses over FPS, and treats brand integrity like a sacred art. You know your way around all the Adobe tools, but more importantly, you know how to bring ideas to life across digital, print, motion, and everything in between.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this dynamic role, you’ll split your time between 40% original concepting and 60% production work. That means you'll:

• Concept fresh creative for brands, from visual identity systems to digital campaigns and persuasive presentations, across a diverse client roster.
• Translate complex marketing goals into intuitive, impactful designs that align with each brand’s identity and strategy.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and PR teams to keep all communications consistent and effective.
• Present your concepts with confidence, clearly explaining the thinking behind them and welcoming feedback while staying true to your vision.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting needs. We cannot state this enough.
• Prepare flawless files for print and digital to ensure designs shine everywhere they appear; ensure every pixel and line is on-brand, high quality, and delivered on time.
• Create beautiful motion graphics for client social needs, brand launch videos and more.
• Contribute to shaping and refining visual identities for both HCK2 and our clients.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Advanced level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and InDesign – and a portfolio that demonstrates it.
• An understanding UI/UX principles and responsive design for web and mobile, and proficiency in Figma.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or something similar that showcases your creative chops, or portfolio that shows you know your stuff.
• A portfolio that showcases your incredible design skills, innovative thinking, and expertise across both digital, print and motion.
• Top-level communication, people skills, and presentation abilities. You can explain your design choices clearly to anyone, designer or not.
• A proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and crushing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• You're proactive, adaptable, and a quick learner with an eagle eye for detail and a genuine passion for keeping up with industry trends.
• You're a true team player who thrives on collaboration and loves contributing to a positive, energetic team vibe. No egos, just a communal “how can we get this done best for our client?”

• A competitive salary, commensurate with experience. For transparency and to ensure we’re aligned from the start, the salary range for this role is $64,000 to $78,000 annually.
