Customer Service Representative

Overview:

HCi, a leading provider of quality, innovative, and energy efficient hydronic balancing products for the HVAC industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate would possess education and early job experience that will help lead to the success of Jomar Group by producing quality, competitive, plumbing and HVAC estimates. The candidate should also have an educational background and or working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter PO’s into HCi’s enterprise system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide effective and timely customer support regarding all SO’s. This includes but is not limited to component availability, stock, order tracking along with warranty and defects.
• Manage time effectively, meet performance goals, and work cooperatively with other members of the team
• Provide technical support to HCi’s full product line
• Present a professional image at all times while following company policies and procedures,
• Provide quotes for small commercial estimates within provided deadline

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree desired
• A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience (Education may be taken in conjunction with experience)
• Computer Program proficiencies: Strong Excel skills, MS Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Independent and self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Customer service focused mindset
