This critical role requires a dynamic and motivated individual to manage purchase orders and purchasing responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with our vendors.
Schedule: 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders daily.
- Respond promptly to routine and incoming inquiries.
- Create, edit, review and follow up with vendors regarding placed orders.
- Review job budgets to ensure material is within the allocated budget.
- Responsible for submitting completed purchase orders to various vendors.
- Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines and service quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Field Technicians, and more.
- 1 years of strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to handle competing priorities and address urgent requests promptly.
- Quick learner with a keen eye for detail.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening.
