Our cattle are raised and fed in the Flint Hills of Kansas, supported by top 1% Wagyu genetics, best-in-class feeding programs, and our own state-of-the-art processing facilities. There are no middlemen and no compromises, just elite beef delivered directly to our customers through high-touch retail stores, e-commerce, and select high-end steakhouses and other premium establishments, such as hotel restaurants and country clubs. By overseeing the entire process from ranch to fork, our integrated model ensures total control over quality, flavor, and the customer experience.

Now, we’re bringing our story to Texas. Our first Texas location will open in Park Village in Southlake Texas, a vibrant open-air shopping center in Southlake known for its high-end retailers, dining, and community atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting for our premium, high-energy retail experience, introducing Booth Creek Wagyu to an established audience that appreciates quality, craft, and authenticity. We’re excited to share our Wagyu with the community, complementing the proud Texas tradition of exceptional beef and bringing people together around unforgettable meals.

We’re looking for a Market Manager with entrepreneurial spirit, corporate systems experience, and the drive to put their stamp on Wagyu beef in Texas. Lead, inspire, and grow with a brand that’s redefining how America experiences premium Wagyu beef.

    Your Mission

    Store Leadership & Operations

    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence
    • Market yourself and the brand as the premium option for Wagyu Beef in Dallas
    • Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable (LMA)
    • Hire, train, and develop high-performing staff
    • Optimize labor, manage payroll, and maintain inventory accuracy
    • Collaborate with Distribution and Meatworks of Kansas teams on orders and logistics
    • Ensure the store is visually appealing and operating efficiently

    Customer Success & Concierge Service

    • Deliver an elevated, personalized experience for every customer
    • Build relationships with top clients, providing proactive communication, recommendations, and follow-up
    • Act as a concierge for premium clients, keeping them informed about products, promotions, and events

    Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement

    • Drive in-store sales through training, promotions, and sampling
    • Lead local marketing: social media, email campaigns, direct marketing, and community outreach
    • Execute tastings, events, and seasonal promotions
    • Represent Booth Creek Wagyu at Southlake community events and other events in the Dallas metro

    Financial & Business Accountability

    • Own the P&L for your market
    • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to exceed financial goals
    • Forecast sales trends, plan budgets, and collaborate on promotions

    Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • 3–5 years in retail, grocery, or food service; 2 years in leadership or multi-store management
    • Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with beef, cattle, or agriculture is a plus but not required
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
    • Willingness to work 45–50 hours/week, including weekends, and actively engage with the market
    • Physical capability: stand long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, use cleaning products
