Here at Heaton Construction Inc., we are changing the standard in the installation business. While typical installation companies sub out work, pay per job and make the installer use personal vehicles and funds to cover expenses; at Heaton Construction, we use in-house employees and offer benefits such as: a steady weekly paycheck, company vehicle, an account for supplies, bonuses, benefits, and profit sharing. Installation Technicians:
Expected to pick up installations between 7:00-7:30 am
Complete installations within the scheduled 4 hour time slots
Use our app to upload photos and obtain customer signatures
Show extensive attention to detail and care of the customer’s home
Installation of appliances such as (dishwashers, microwaves, ranges, wall ovens and cooktops)
Installation of simple plumbing fixtures (vanities, toilets, kitchen sinks, garbage disposals, faucets)
Installation of simple electrical fixtures (Light fixtures, ceiling fans and termostats)
Installation Technician Candidates:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or greater
Must provide a valid Driver's License
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report
Must pass a background check
Must be 21 or older
Required to work Monday-Friday, full-time hours
20 installations completed per week
No experience is required to apply. We train our employees in-house.
The only thing we require is a positive go-getter attitude.
Having installation, construction, mechanical experience is not required, however, will help your candidacy.
