Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire a Medical Records Clerk for a PRN (as needed) position.

HIM Clerk reports directly to the HIM Manager. Responsible for compiling, processing and maintaining medical records in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have high school education.
  • Desire candidate with work experience in a medical records, hospital or physician office setting.
  • Desire accredited record technician certification.
