What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Per Diem, Days position at HCH brand?
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for the proper handling and administration of radiopharmaceuticals to complete diagnostic Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will prepare and communicate pertinent information to the cardiologist or radiologist to assist with the interpretation of the examinations. . The Nuclear Medicine Technologist must perform, and document all required quality control and assurance test and be in compliance of the Ohio Department of Health rules and regulations.
2 - 4 year post secondary degree from an accredited school by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Nuclear Medicine. BLS, Ohio Licensure are required. Must also be ARRT registered or a CNMT certified, as well. Previous work experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a hospital setting is preferred.
