Job Summary And Qualifications
The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Job Summary And Qualifications
The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. What qualifications you will need:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years applicable experience in management or leadership role in an acute care setting required
