- Prioritize work and duties and must work well under stressful situations.
- Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with patients, families, physicians, peers and healthcare team.
- Demonstrates functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level of accomplishment.
- Demonstrates commitment by being at workstation and ready to work at the start of the shift.
- Identifies solutions to complex issues in a logical and methodical manner.
- Participates in Performance Improvement activity.
- 6-months healthcare experience.
- Computer skills to include databases and/or scheduling programs.
- Must be able to prioritize work and duties well and must work well under stressful situations.
- Must demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with a variety of patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers both internal and external to the organization, both written and orally.
