Job Summary And Qualifications
The Occupational Therapist Assistant evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians, and other health care members and maintains documentation of services in the medical record under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Assumes, under the direction of the occupational therapist, responsibility for patient care, quality control, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance.

What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (OTA) Occupational Therapy Assistant certification required
- OTA licensed in the state of Texas is required
- Associate Degree from an OTA program is required as a minimum
- Experience in acute care required
- Must be able to work 2 shifts per 4 week rotation at a minimum
