Job Summary And Qualifications
Responsible for performance of painting throughout the hospital and its network of buildings. Position may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
What you will do in this role:
- Working knowledge of either general carpentry or painting techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and /or schedule of finishes.
- Ability to calculate materials needs from blueprints and specifications.
- General knowledge of applicable code and regulatory related issues.
- Strong oral communication skills, interpersonal and motivational and conflict resolution skills. Strong participatory management, team building and administrative skills.
- Broad based knowledge of related regulatory compliance requirements.
- Responsible for placing and tracking orders related to the performance of their work assignment.
- Job requires manual dexterity, and skills needed to properly use the tools of the particular job.
- High School Graduate / GED
