Job Summary and Qualifications

The Trauma Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the Trauma Leaders in various department functions. This includes: Scheduling and Payroll Quality Audits Tracking Performance Improvement Measures and Report Building for Meetings / Committee / Councils Performs any other job related duties as requested by the Director and Administrator.

What you will do in this role:

• Facilitation and maintenance of physician call schedules and employee payroll through KRONOS
• Utilization of Trauma Reporting Tools
• Maintain Data Integrity: Daily ROSI validation and Monthly Dashboard Outlier Corrections and TQIP drill downs
• Data Collection and Reporting: Operations Reports (Ex. MOR), Performance Reports (Ex. Scorecard)
• Trauma Playbook Compliance: Assist Ensuring Compliance with Tactics
• Performance of administrative duties and special projects for the VP of Business Development, Administrative Director of Trauma, Trauma Medical Director, Trauma Program Director, and Trauma Services Team as deemed necessary
• Performs any other job-related duties as requested.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
