Job Summary And Qualifications

• Position Summary:
  
  

Serves as a member of the surgical support team responsible for cleaning and maintaining Operating Rooms and their Sterile Areas.

• Assists with Surgical Suite turnover cleaning
• May need to perform terminal cleaning of operating rooms and sterile areas when needed.
• Empties out trash and bio in the surgical area
• Re-stocks cleaning chemicals, paper products, medical gas, linens and PPE
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Performs day to day assignments in addition to OR duties which include but not limited to patient transport, specimen transport and blood product transport.
• Responsible for the overall environment of care compliance associated with the perioperative space
