Job Summary

• Preference cards and pick lists for upcoming surgeries (2 days out) print, sort, and send to supply chain
• Kronos – corrections
• Number of cases and OR minutes for current and next day sent to Leadership
• Productivity for previous day
• Call sheet – print and send to MOR
• Check in patients in ICHP on days when cases are scheduled
• Assist visitors and Reps at the front desk
• Create Schedule and call schedule
• Fill daily schedules for 2 weeks out (Mondays)
• Answer phones
• Order supplies for the OR
• Place work orders for broken equipment and facility needs
• General help at the charge desk (adding cases, sending pick lists for added cases, securing anesthesia for added cases, etc)
  
  

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
