We are seeking a Telehealth Operations Manager for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

  • Centralize patient registrar / patient rep model to scale telehealth across all urgent care markets
  • Lead a team of 5-10 patient registrars who support telehealth providers and practices
  • Support reporting capabilities to understand provider and patient rep to volume ratios to resource telehealth capabilities
  • Provide reporting to market leaders on operational needs and issues; support collaborative communication with market leaders to build effective operations
  • Partner with financial leaders to define, communicate and implement the allocation model for patient volume; e.g., supporting all telehealth under one COID but accurately attributing the patient volume and requisite revenue and expenses to the market based on patient zip code; determine operating procedures for outliers and exceptions as needed
  • Collaborate with Provider Relations team to ensure providers are appropriately licensed for coverage in each respective state
  • Partner with Ethics and Compliance team to ensure program compliance on all programmatic requirements (ADA accessibility, patient consent, EMTALA, etc,); support education team on development and delivery of refresher trainings as needed.

What Qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience leading operations preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations or comparable experience
  • HCA and/or urgent care operations experience a plus
  • Telehealth operations experience a plus
  • Anticipated 5-10% travel

This position will need to sit in either Nashville, TN or Coppell, TX and it will be a hybrid work environment.
