Job Summary and Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
- Serve as a Patient advocate
- Streamline care coordination and paperwork by assisting the patient with scheduling appointments and exam preparation.
- Support providers and assist patients in understanding their treatment options and resources available.
- Track and document interventions and outcomes
- Drive process improvement
What you will need in this role:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or
- Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Advanced certifications (i.e. CEN, TNCC, etc.) preferred
- One or more years of experience as an Acute Care Hospital RN
- Cardiac RN experience
- Excellent communication skills
