Job Summary and Qualifications

• Reports to the Division Vice President of Marketing
• Direct and manage community engagement strategies & initiatives through collaboration with enterprise community engagement team and facility directors of PR & communications
• The AVP of Community Engagement will oversee the development and implementation of a division-wide community engagement plan strategically aligned to the intersection of business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and community needs
• Integrally involved in strategic planning and alignment of community engagement with key business priorities
• Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise to direct and align community engagement initiatives that will lead to HCA’s positive community reputation & relevance in the division.
  
• This position requires unique competencies, including systems thinking, orientation to learning, and collaboration

What qualifications you will need:

• Seven years experience in institutional community relations or  corporate social responsibility
• Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree preferred
•
