Job Summary And Qualifications
The RN Manager Oncology Unit ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Job Summary And Qualifications
The RN Manager Oncology Unit ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
- BLS required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
- 1 years of experience in nursing leadership/supervision in an acute care setting required
