Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their South Atlantic Division is seeking a PRN pathologist to provide coverage at Trident Medical Center in Charleston, SC.

Qualified Candidates:

• AP/CP certification or board eligibility
• Active South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain
• Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP for community hospital practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pathology Work Description:

• Wide range of surgical pathology specimens
• Cytology cases primarily consist of a variety of non-GYN specimens, thyroid FNA’s, and lung FNA’s
• Clinical pathology may include peripheral smears and blood bank reviews.
