Job Summary And Qualifications
This is a working Supervisor position. The supervisor performs MRI examinations with protocols as outlined by the Radiologist and participates in the rotational call schedule and is responsible for the daily flow of the department, including outpatient and inpatient sites. The supervisor is responsible for completing staff scheduling, ensuring 24-hour departmental coverage, coordinating daily operations of each site, and addressing any protocol or staffing issues. The supervisor will also participate in ACR accreditation procedures for each site and ensure daily and weekly QC requirements are followed.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The supervisor will also participate in ACR accreditation procedures for each site and ensure daily and weekly QC requirements are followed.
What qualifications you will need:
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT (R) (MR) or AMRIT certification required.
- Special qualifications: MRSO certification preferred but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience: Experience as an MRI Technologist, at least 3 years preferred. Experience with building protocols, maintaining protocols, and scanning on GE preferred. Well versed in MRI safety protocols/best practices, implant research, and daily MRI operations.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an accredited MRI program.
