Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant located in San Antonio, TX. The Certified Medical Assistant will support physicians and healthcare teams by performing clinical and administrative duties. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting medical history, managing patient records, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. The role also involves maintaining medical office efficiency and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Assisting, including performing clinical and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology and understanding of medical protocols
- Knowledge of Medical Office operations, including scheduling and workflow management
- Patient Care skills, ensuring respectful and high-quality treatment for patientsy
- Competency in managing and maintaining accurate Medical Records
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is required
- Experience in a healthcare setting or similar role preferred
