Job Summary and Qualifications
Job Summary:
SRG’s Strategy Analysts are key team members of our executive-level strategy and strategy execution engagements. Within a team environment, Strategy Analysts are entry-level staff members who understand, develop and complete individual tasks (data, research, and presentation) within a project by incorporating supervisory direction and feedback. The position requires qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and communication capabilities, both written and verbal. We seek team members who are intellectually curious, collaborative, dynamic and able to excel in new and changing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Build models, reports and dashboards to support analysis and recommendations.
- Follow-up with business leads to track initiative progress and outcomes.
- Use data analysis and design automation to verify accuracy and streamline performance tracking.
- Manage set-up and tracking of strategy projects, including acquisitions and business plans.
- Support project teams in analyzing and solving business problems.
- Gather and interpret data to develop actionable insights.
- Conduct market and industry research.
- Prepare client-ready presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with clients and internal experts to implement solutions.
- Manage assigned workstreams and meet project deadlines.
- Present findings clearly to team and client stakeholders.
- Support projects as identified, including coordination of multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate communication within teams, in part via team platforms including Salesforce, Sharepoint, WebEx and other platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Consistently demonstrates appropriate, timely, thorough, reliable, and appropriately documented research and analysis.
- Demonstrates curiosity and an overall inquisitive nature.
- Familiarity with data evaluation techniques to support analysis.
- Is an effective team member focused on the delivery of clearly defined tasks.
- Engages in productive discussion that builds relationships and trust.
- Supports stakeholder development through contributions to quality deliverables.
- Demonstrates ability to observe interpersonal dynamics.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
- Deadline-driven, organized and able to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Able to balance and prioritize assigned work effectively
- Working understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
