The Learning & Organization Development Coordinator provides administrative and project support to help deliver talent management, training, and development programs across the organization. This role supports L&OD leaders, Recruiters, and internal teams by coordinating program logistics, maintaining systems, preparing communications, and ensuring a smooth experience for participants.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Provide administrative support for talent acquisition and development programs.
  • Create presentations, program communications, and maintain content on internal sites (Atlas).
  • Track program participation, manage data entry, and support performance management processes.
  • Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, enrollment, evaluations, tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Support on‑site training setup including equipment, software, video capture (Panopto), and classroom preparation.
  • Deliver basic training on administrative tools (Concur, Atlas, Microsoft Office).
  • Assist with project plans and HR system reporting (Taleo, HR Analytics, dashboards).
  • Coordinate program and event logistics including announcements, invitations, venues, and catering.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and uphold organizational values.

What is required for this role:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Event coordination experience preferred
