- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with medical terminology and EMR/scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and basic billing procedures.
