Job Summary And Qualifications
Responsible for preventative maintenance programs, compliance for all equipment that applies to the painting trade. Requires considerable knowledge of the practices, methods, materials and tools of the painting trade. Knowledge of paints, thinners, compounds, mixtures, knowledge of applicable rules, regulations and codes governing painting including knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work. All other duties assigned.
Skilled work requiring the applications of standard trade practices in maintaining, repairing, finishing and painting of concrete, steel, plaster, wallpaper, flooring.
