ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Practice,developand endorse customer service skills in relationships with internal and external customers.
- Serves as the patient and family advocate with respect to the patient’s right to privacy by protecting confidential information.
- Plan and implement patient care and teaching based on a total assessment and the age of the patient.
- Evaluate and document patient response;monitorand recognize changes in physiological and psychosocial status; takeappropriate actionbased on assessment of the patient.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the occurrence reporting system.
- State of Florida Paramedic License
- One (1) year of experience preferred
- Knowledge of body substance isolation
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within30 days of employment start date
