Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model of 3 General Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs covering 7 ORs plus 7 NORA sites of service.
- Average annual surgical volume is 4000 cases and approximately 400 births.
- Mix of cases including Bread and Butter, General, Orthopedics, Bariatric, OB, GYN, Endo, Plastics and Reconstructive. No --Neuro. No Trauma. No Hearts. No Peds.
- CRNAs are able to practice with autonomy and at the top of their license in a collaborative environment.
- Fulltime, schedule of 40 hours per week. Overnights. No weekends.
- Competitive compensation package based on years’ of experience.
- Start Date Bonus $75K and relocation assistance available.
- Time Away From Practice starting at 8 weeks with no waiting period.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium pay rate if clinician offers to pick-up additional shift(s).
