Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model of 3 General Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs covering 7 ORs plus 7 NORA sites of service.
- Average annual surgical volume is 4000 cases and approximately 400 births.
- Mix of cases including Bread and Butter, General, Orthopedics, Bariatric, OB, GYN, Endo, Plastics and Reconstructive. No --Neuro. No Trauma. No Hearts. No Peds.
- CRNAs are able to practice with autonomy and at the top of their license in a collaborative environment.
- covering 11p - 7a, Monday through Friday, no weekends.
- Dedicated to OB coverage but may do some main OR emergent cases.
- Practice top of license
- 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
