Job Summary And Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team! As the Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising diet office and patient food service personnel. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

What you will do in this role:

• You will be responsible for supervising all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations.
• You will maintain and improve standards of food service.
• You will assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures.
• You will ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels.
• You will evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences.
• You will inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line.
  
  

What Qualifications you will need:

• Vocational or Technical education required.
• Previous supervisory Food Service experience, preferably 2 years food service experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
• Food safety knowledge required.
• Florida Food Handlers Card required.
• Computer skills necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to mule-task, especially during peak times.
