- Care Team Model of 4 Physicians and 10 CRNAs
- Case Mix: Bread and Butter, General, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, GI and Bariatric.
- No OB. No Trauma. No Cardiac.
- Day shift 7a-5p, 4 days a week
- No Call. No Nights. No weekends.
- W2, Fulltime Hospital Employed position
